PRIVACY NOTICE 

1. Data Controller 

INAMERICA FARMA L.L.C-FZ, doing business as INAMERICA FARMA (hereinafter referred to as "THE BROKER"), with the official website www.inamericafarma.com, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, acting exclusively as a commercial intermediary within the pharmaceutical raw materials sector. 

2. Personal Data Collected 

We collect identification, contact, and tax data, as well as the information and documentation necessary for commercial and logistical management. This includes, but is not limited to: invoices, packing lists, and customer registration records, as well as information required for the issuance of international transport documents (such as the Bill of Lading or Air Waybill). 

3. Purposes of Processing (Logistics and Scope) 

Your data will be used for the following necessary purposes:

• Intermediation Management: To facilitate negotiations between the manufacturer and the client under international trade conditions.

• Logistics under Specific Incoterms: To coordinate the shipment of goods exclusively under CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to) terms for air transport or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms for maritime transport.

• Delivery Limitations: Data will be used to manage the arrival of goods only to the agreed-upon port or airport of destination. "THE BROKER" does not perform deliveries to the client's private address nor does it manage "last mile" services.

• Document Management: To provide the client with the technical and commercial documentation necessary for the client to carry out, at their own expense and responsibility, the import process and customs clearance.

4. Data Transfer and Import Responsibility 

Please be advised that your data will be shared with manufacturers, insurers, and international carriers to comply with CIP/CIF terms. 

Note on Customs Clearance: As an intermediation service provided only up to the point of entry, the client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for hiring their own Customs Broker and performing the nationalization process. "THE BROKER" assumes no responsibility for import management; therefore, the use of personal data for such procedures remains under the exclusive control of the client and their customs service providers.

6. Tracking Technologies and Cookies 

Our portal uses technical cookies to optimize your browsing experience and analyze traffic statistically and anonymously. You may configure your browser settings to limit their use. 

7. Information Security 

We maintain administrative and digital security protocols to protect the confidentiality of your transactions and the technical documentation of the raw materials managed.
